Hot Air Stove

The hot air stove adopts direct combustion and undergoes high purification treatment to form hot air, which is directly contacted with the material to heat and dry the fuel air to start. Coal-fired heating furnaces began to be widely used in China in the late 1970s. It has become a replacement product for electric heat sources and traditional steam-powered heat sources in many industries.

After a long time of production and life verification, people found that only using hot air as a medium and carrier can the heat utilization rate and heat work effect be greatly improved. Traditional electric heat sources and steam heat power are often equipped with multiple circulating fans during the transportation process, so that they will eventually indirectly form hot air for drying or heating operations. Obviously, this process has many shortcomings, such as a lot of waste of energy, excessive auxiliary equipment, and complicated process. The bigger problem is that this kind of heat source is helpless for the kind of requirements that require higher temperature drying or baking operations.

Therefore, we developed this device and used it in our fertilizer production line. This device has high heat transfer efficiency and significant energy saving effect. It is used to preheat combustion air or heat process gas in certain processes, which can save one-time energy and fuel saving rate. It can reach more than 30%, and the process can be strengthened, and the production capacity can be significantly improved.
