Rotary Screen machine

Rotary Screen machine machine is a commonly used equipment in the production of  fertilizer. It is mainly used to separate the finished product and the returned material, and can also realize the classification of the finished product, so that the finished product can be evenly classified. The combined screen is easy to maintain and replace. The machine has simple structure, convenient operation and stable operation.

1 How rotary sieve works?

The Rotary Screen machine is composed of a motor, a reducer, a drum device, a frame, a sealing cover, an inlet and an outlet and other parts. The roller device is installed on the frame obliquely. The motor is connected with the roller device through a coupling through a reducer, and drives the roller device to rotate around its axis.

2.Features at a glance

(1) The screening efficiency is high. Because the equipment is equipped with an automatic cleaning mechanism, during the screening process, no matter how viscous, wet, or miscellaneous the materials entering the separating screen are, the relative movement of the screen cleaning machine and the screen body will not be blocked.

(2) Good working environment .The entire screening mechanism is designed in a sealed dust cover, which

completely eliminates the dust flying during the screening process, thereby improving the working environment.

(3)The equipment has low noise. During the operation of the equipment, the noise generated by the material and the rotating screen is completely isolated by the sealed dust cover, so that the noise cannot be transmitted to the outside of the equipment, thereby reducing the equipment noise.

(4) Long service life .The equipment screen is composed of several circular flat steels  and its cross-sectional area is much larger than that of other separation equipment screens, so the service life is improved.
